The land, all high quality black chernozem soil, will be brought back into production over the next 3 years. This brings the total holding by Heartland Farms to 27,000 hectares (76,500 acres).
The ceremony took place on October 18th at the Investment Forum organized by the Penza Government and was attended by both potential and existing investors in the region as well as many delegates form overseas including The EU, America and Australia (see web-site www.penza-forum.ru )
